CONSENTS – To be agreed by both the parent/guardian and the young musician. MusicAbility CIC uses a small number of photos and videos to promote its ensembles. We generally focus on the actions and activity of making music rather than the people playing. Sometimes images are shared with partner organisations like the local music education Hub, or images are taken by partner organisations, for example Music For Youth. Very occasionally we are asked for images by the press or local radio. We are unable to stop people taking photos or videos of the ensembles at public venues or in concerts. As a consequence, if you tick ‘NO’ to the media consents below it might not be possible for the young musician to take part in some performances.

I consent to the videoing, televising, recording or photographing of performances, rehearsals and photo sessions by the use of any medium for ensemble publicity and promotional purposes, including at events where the orchestra is participating.
